About the role
In This Role, You Will...
Own the company's AV technology platform, including Zoom, Zoom Rooms, video conferencing hardware, and digital signage, and drive the roadmap for each.
Coordinate with external vendors on the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of AV systems and equipment.
Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for complex AV, conferencing, and meeting room issues, in person and remotely.
Partner with the Internal Events Production team to provide AV and technical support for company-wide events, as needed.
Act as a backup to IT Executive Services, supporting meeting logistics, Zoom, and Google Calendar questions for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a similar audio visual or IT engineering role, including 1+ year leading a team.
Strong IT foundation, including networking concepts and Windows/macOS troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
Experience administering Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and related conferencing hardware (Neat / Logitech) and software platforms.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across the organization.
