About the role
The Role
As Vice President, Enterprise Growth, you will be a driving force on Wpromote's Growth leadership team, responsible for winning net-new enterprise revenue and deepening our footprint within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. You will partner closely with the SVP, Enterprise Growth to shape our go-to-market strategy, prioritize target accounts, and build the account-based growth engine that fuels Wpromote's next chapter of growth in a market where legacy holding companies still control roughly $70B in enterprise value.
This is a high-visibility seat for a strategic, commercially sharp operator who thrives in competitive, high-stakes deal environments and knows how to align cross-functional teams (strategy, media, creative, data, and technology) around a single winning vision. You will pair storytelling and closing instincts with real financial rigor, turning complex enterprise opportunities into scalable, high-margin, long-term partnerships. Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor, both to Wpromote's internal teams and to the enterprise clients you're fighting to win and grow.
You Will Be:
- Partnering with the SVP, Enterprise Growth to define Wpromote's enterprise targeting strategy and build account-based growth plans for named target accounts
- Leading the development of RFI/RFP responses and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive storytelling and solution design for enterprise opportunities
- Owning executive meeting strategy from the initial chemistry meeting through final presentation, and driving commercial negotiations across scope, staffing models, pricing, and contract structure
- Designing and executing multi-threading strategies that connect the wider Wpromote business to key stakeholders across each buying committee, using Command of the Message to attach opportunities to the highest-level business problem
- Shaping enterprise value propositions tailored to vertical and buyer personas, and identifying whitespace opportunities across data, commerce, brand, performance, and technology
- Managing strategic forecasting and deal-risk mitigation using MEDDIC, beyond tactical pipeline management
- Partnering with delivery leadership to ensure scalable onboarding and long-term account growth, and collaborating with Marketing and PR to amplify enterprise wins and thought leadership
- Representing Wpromote at industry events and maintaining executive-level relationships with key enterprise prospects and industry influencers
You Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in agency growth, enterprise sales, or strategic business development, including a track record of closing large, multi-year AOR engagements in the $50 to $100MM range
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, media, data, and digital transformation, paired with strong financial acumen across pricing models, margin structures, and deal modeling
- Working experience with Command of the Message and/or MEDDIC, and comfort running deal processes in Salesforce
- Demonstrated success navigating complex procurement environments and driving commercial negotiations through to close
- Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams (strategy, media, creative, data, tech, analytics) without direct authority including cross-functional collaboration at the VP level
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations
- A strategic, commercially rigorous approach to assessing opportunity fit, right to win, and deal economics
- Composure and persuasiveness under pressure, with the resilience to navigate competitive, high-stakes deal cycles
Nice to Have:
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders across performance, brand, creative, and technology-buying organizations
- Background operating within an agile, entrepreneurial, digital-native agency model, rather than a legacy holding company
