Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and motivated Floater Physical Therapist to support our network of outpatient clinics in the Eastern Louisville, KY area. This role is ideal for a licensed PT who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable adapting to different clinic environments and patient populations. The Floater PT will provide high-quality, evidence-based care ensuring seamless support between our teams on the eastern side of Louisville clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and alter as needed.
• Float between outpatient clinics within the designated region to provide coverage for vacations, leaves, or increased patient volume.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-surgical, and chronic pain patients.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs to support recovery and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience, even in short-term assignments.

What you need…

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure
