About the role
About the job
This position is needed to scale our partner ecosystem and drive regional pipeline growth through joint co-marketing strategies and through-partner execution.
In this role, you will develop data-driven co-marketing plans with strategic partners, build scalable demand-generation programs, and align internal sales teams with external partner leadership. You will serve as the strategic bridge driving co-selling motions, managing operational budgets, enforcing lead governance, and tracking partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth across the enterprise cloud and SaaS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop data-driven multi-quarter co-marketing plans and joint GTM strategies with strategic partners to hit regional pipeline targets.
- Execute targeted account-mapping using platforms like Crossbeam to drive custom 1:1 ABM campaigns for elite partners and scalable digital toolkits for broader partner networks.
- Co-create compelling "better together" messaging, solution briefs, and branded assets with Product Marketing to showcase joint value propositions.
- Orchestrate high-velocity field campaigns, executive roundtables, workshops, and sponsorship presence at major industry flagship events to source new logos.
- Deliver turn-key, through-partner demand-generation programs and drive partner adoption of the Twilio Partner Portal for self-service execution.
- Equip partner sales and BDR teams with custom outreach playbooks, script templates, and email sequences to ensure rapid campaign follow-up.
- Enforce strict lead-routing governance rules and follow-up SLAs to minimize channel conflict and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Manage partner marketing operational budgets, ensuring fiscal compliance and optimal ROI across co-marketing investments.
- Track and report on Partner-Sourced and Partner-Influenced pipeline performance within Salesforce (SFDC) for regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required
- Full-time remote work schedule. 6–8+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, or B2B Demand Generation within the enterprise cloud or SaaS ecosystem.
- Demonstrated track record of co-marketing success with major cloud vendors, GSIs, SIs, or ISVs.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, and account-mapping platforms (e.g., Crossbeam).
- Strong analytical ability to manage operational budgets, enforce lead routing SLAs, and measure pipeline attribution/ROI.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across sales, product marketing, and partner executive teams.
Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience delivering tailored Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks and field events (CXO roundtables, executive dinners) for partner ecosystems.
