Overview:
TripleLift is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Trading Specialist to support the activation and ongoing success of advertiser partners. As part of the Demand team, this role serves as the primary technical operational contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, tags are quality-assured, performance is monitored, and issues are resolved quickly.
This client-facing role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with advertisers, agencies, and trading desks to troubleshoot issues, validate campaign details, and deliver seamless activations that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with operational and technical teams.
- Provide consultative activation support for advertiser and agency partners across TripleLift formats and integrated DSPs.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure successful performance, delivery, and pacing; proactively flag risks or optimization and upsell opportunities.
- Own end-to-end troubleshooting for campaign and creative setup, discrepancy resolution, and exchange-level technical issues.
- Serve as the first line of support for technical, operational, and product-related client questions.
- Partner internally with product and engineering teams to provide tooling feedback and resolve product gaps and issues.
- Act as the technical and operational stakeholder in client presentations and answer data, technical, and functionality-related questions.
- Become a TripleLift expert who can consult and educate clients on TripleLift products and external-facing tools, including tooling demos, product updates, and best practices.
- Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and advanced analytics tools such as Omni to analyze large datasets and create actionable insights.
- Build custom dashboards and proactively monitor data to identify liquidity blockers or campaign issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic trading.
- Previous experience with various DSPs required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot delivery and technical issues.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize as needed.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with trafficking, QA, or reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and tracking solutions.
- Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn SQL is highly preferred.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with a bias toward execution and accountability.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision plans.
- Flexible PTO.
- 401(k) with employer match.
- Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, subject to applicable plans, policies, and agreements.
