- Provide recommendations to Sales based on reach & SOV goals, historical performance, and pacing benchmarks.
- Maintain fluency in performance-based and impression-based planning models to meet client conversion, engagement, or awareness KPIs
- Collaborate with Ad Ops and Planning Leadership on inventory forecasting and budget allocation strategies
- Ensure media plans reflect accurate pricing, delivery forecasts, and data fees when target audience is layered in
- Support audience-first storytelling by translating RFP requests into targeted media strategies, proactively suggesting enhancements.

- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, digital media planning, DSP buying, or account management (experience with linear or digital video is a plus)
- Strong understanding of DSP/SSP ecosystems, digital audience targeting strategies, and omnichannel buying models
- Familiarity with media planning tools, inventory forecasting logic, and proposal software
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce skills required; experience with CRM-integrated planning tools preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills
- High adaptability in fast-paced, evolving digital environments
- Knowledge of local advertising or regional media planning dynamics is a plus
