About the Role
Argenta is seeking a Research & Development Analytical Scientist to join its Global CDO team at its Shawnee, KS facility. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the Global CDO team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis and experiments for active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutical products as per project requirements.
- Assist in the development of new products and processes as per compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with technology transfer of methods and products from Argenta Research into Argenta Manufacturing.
- Support the company’s Research & Development efforts by providing scientific and technical support for the development of new products.
- Create and maintain activity plans for assigned projects.
- Generate, document, and review technical data for internal reports, client reports, and CMC regulatory support documents.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in science related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, animal health industry or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in analytical pharmaceutical development preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to work with outside customers and clients.
