As Pharmacy Manager, you will:
- Lead a growing specialty pharmacy operation and inspire a high-performing team.
- Drive patient care initiatives that improve adherence and outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver best-in-class pharmacy services.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence.

What You Need:
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing (Florida license preferred or ability to obtain licensure as required)
- PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
- 5+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably within specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, hospital, or complex patient care settings
- Previous leadership or management experience, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing pharmacy staff
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, healthcare partners, and operational leaders
- Passion for improving patient experience and driving positive clinical outcomes
- Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement
Solid computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and data management, as well as, navigating the internet and web-based platforms. Data entry and computer skills will be evaluated through an assessment as part of the pre-employment process.
