  • Process employee changes and maintain accurate records in Paylocity, including job, title, and compensation updates
  • Prepare employment documentation and maintain personnel files and other People Operations records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including background checks, pre-employment requirements, benefits enrollment, and new hire coordination
  • Help employees navigate benefits, qualifying life events, and leave of absence processes
  • Support employee communications and administrative activities related to benefits, including open enrollment
  • Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer processes, and other recruiting activities
  • Maintain People Team templates, guides, FAQs, and process documentation
  • Conduct audits and help identify opportunities to improve processes and the employee experience

  • 1–3 years of professional experience; experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, employee support, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with systems, processes, and data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort speaking with employees by phone
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • A resourceful, “figure it out” mindset with a willingness to take ownership of questions from start to finish
