About the role

Recorded Future is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager. As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be a strategic partner across marketing decision-making, reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to execute on the reporting, measurement, and data foundation that helps the business make faster, smarter, outcome-driven decisions. You will articulate compelling buyer journey stories through data for demand generation, field marketing, marketing operations, and the broader go-to-market organization. Beyond day-to-day analytics and ad hoc analysis, you'll help drive our growing investment in AI, automation, and modern data tooling, bringing curiosity and a builder's mindset to how we scale the analytics function. This role is ideal for a data-driven, business-minded analyst who wants to sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, measurement, and emerging data and AI capability in a B2B SaaS environment.

What You'll Do:

Marketing Analytics & Strategic Insights:

  • Serve as a strategic analytics partner across the marketing organization, translating data into insights that shape planning, investment, and campaign decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop, maintain, and refresh marketing dashboards and reports across HockeyStack, Salesforce, Domo, and Adobe CJA to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Report on top of funnel marketing performance, lead acquisition, conversion rates and velocity, and opportunity progression, to give a clear view of marketing's impact.
  • Support reporting needs across all levels of the business, from executive leadership to individual executors, tailoring insight to each audience.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis, segment breakdowns, and channel/campaign deep dives that answer strategic questions on short turnaround.

Marketing Data Quality & Governance:

  • Validate reporting and ensure the numbers reconcile across systems, so stakeholders can trust the metrics they act on.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data discrepancies.
  • Help build out the marketing data warehouse, partnering with the centralized data infrastructure team to establish a scalable, reliable data foundation.
  • Help maintain the clean, consistent, well-governed data foundation that enables faster reporting, trusted metrics, and confident decision-making across marketing.

Attribution & Pipeline Measurement:

  • Support the maintenance and evolution of multi-touch attribution models, keeping reporting objects current as campaigns and channels change.
  • Partner with field marketing, revenue operations, and the Sales/BDR organizations on lead-to-opportunity reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Translate attribution and pipeline data into actionable insights that help stakeholders make informed ROI decisions when planning activities.

Automation, Tooling & AI Innovation:

  • Help drive our growing investment in AI and automation for marketing analytics.
  • Build and extend automation and data-access workflows, including API and MCP connections, that broaden analytics and AI tooling access for the Marketing Analytics & Operations team.
  • Explore and apply emerging AI and data capabilities to increase analytics throughput, reduce manual work, and unlock new kinds of insight.
  • Develop reusable reporting templates, lightweight data products, and cross-system data workflows that scale the team's impact.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing/revenue operations, or a related analytical field, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency building dashboards and reports in tools such as HockeyStack, Domo, Tableau, or Sigma, or similar BI/visualization platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM data, particularly Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tooling to analytics or operations workflows.
  • Experience building automations or integrations via APIs, with familiarity with emerging standards like MCP a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis and cross-system data work.
  • Self-driven and intellectually curious, with the initiative to dig into problems without waiting to be told how.
  • Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, lead lifecycle, and attribution concepts, including multi-touch, first-touch, and last-touch.
  • Curiosity and passion for AI, automation, and modern data tooling, with eagerness to help build in an emerging space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing, such as Snowflake, and data-quality, ETL, or data-pipeline processes.
  • Exposure to customer journey analytics, such as Adobe CJA.
  • Certification in Marketo or Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, enterprise SaaS company.
