About the role

Recorded Future is seeking an emerging intelligence or cybersecurity professional eager to learn and grow at the intersection of technology, threat intelligence, and customer success. As an Associate Technical Account Manager, you are a proactive learner who follows standard practices. You bring curiosity, foundational technical knowledge, and a drive to help customers begin operationalizing intelligence.

This role is required to work from the Recorded Future office in Boston, MA at least 3 to 4 days per week.

What You’ll Do

This role focuses on learning foundational customer success processes and supporting a segment of accounts under detailed instruction.

  • Support the Customer’s Primary Technical Use Cases/Needs
  • Support a portfolio of customer accounts for realizing value from Recorded Future’s products and services, as guided by a TAM/Senior TAM
  • Handle customer support escalations effectively (resolve or escalate further) achieving high customer satisfaction
  • Help to drive the customer lifecycle, orienting to the Customer Success Plan and adherence to the engagement model
  • Customer Engagement Support:
  • Responsible for assisting, coordinating, and/or supporting customers and projects as determined by the Technical Account Manager
  • Maintain administrative rigor in Recorded Future systems of record with meaningful updates on routine customer interactions
  • Services Coordination:
  • Coordinate the scheduling and preparation for delivery of licensed Professional Services and Advisory engagements as directed by the Technical Account Manager

Learning and Development

  • From the beginning you demonstrate an eager willingness to learn and demonstrated ability to grow and develop in a technical role
  • Within 6 months you will demonstrate a foundational understanding of the company's pillars (Cyber Operations, DRP, Third Party Risk and Fraud), a foundational understanding of service offerings, and foundational knowledge of the Recorded Future Platform, and how that fits within a customer's tech stack.

  • Foundational understanding of fundamental intelligence concepts, frameworks and tradecraft, cyber security tooling, and SaaS environments
  • Foundational understanding of basic intelligence concepts and common security frameworks
  • Strong foundational verbal and written communications, attention to detail, and a drive to learn quickly
  • A customer-focused growth mindset and boundless curiosity
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computing science, information systems, intelligence studies, or a related field

The base salary range for this full-time position is $78,000-$107,250. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
