About the role

The Role

As a Product Manager on the Banking team at OnePay, you'll own the roadmap and day-to-day execution for our Cash Advance product and other Banking features. You'll leverage your technical, design, and analytical skills to directly shape how millions of customers manage short-term cash flow, while partnering with other teams to ensure seamless and scalable experiences across our app and point-of-sale channels. This role offers a significant opportunity to massively impact both our customers and our company. You will:

  • Design and ship the next phase of Cash Advance as we grow and scale massively
  • Drive the roadmap by understanding customer pain points, defining requirements, and shipping features
  • Bring real quantitative rigor to how we convert users, set limits, optimize repayment, and manage fee structure and unit economics
  • Partner closely with a cross-functional group of analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing to keep the roadmap moving

You Bring

  • 3 - 8 years of relevant experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or Consumer Lending product
  • You are not afraid to dig into the details and the underlying mechanics (limits, repayment, fees, etc.) - note: you do not need full underwriting depth
  • A track record of operating independently with minimal ramp-up
  • Strong analytical chops; comfortable working side by side with data and risk partners
  • Highly detail-oriented, thrives in a genuinely cross-functional environment
  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
  • A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
