Summary
Lead high-priority growth and operational initiatives across the firm, scale high-growth practice areas, partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, address operational challenges, and use technology to transform operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, action-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to develop data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of key practice areas by developing growth strategies, identifying opportunities, evaluating markets and segments, and building scalable operational capabilities.
- Build scalable operating models, including processes, organizational structures, technology, reporting, and performance management systems.
- Manage organizational performance and accountability through expectations, metrics, execution monitoring, and team accountability.
- Lead strategic initiatives that address operational bottlenecks and improve business performance.
- Develop go-to-market and marketing strategies by evaluating markets, client populations, acquisition strategies, channel economics, and marketing resource allocation.
- Drive execution and accountability through workplans, owners, milestones, measurable outcomes, risk management, dependency resolution, and implementation.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, business operations, growth strategy, private equity portfolio operations, or a similarly analytical and execution-oriented environment.
- Ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems and translate recommendations into action.
- Experience developing growth strategies, evaluating markets, launching initiatives, or scaling businesses or operating functions.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional project management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without formal authority.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- High intellectual curiosity, judgment, and bias toward action.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
