About the role

You've spent your career making sure guests feel taken care of, even when they're stressed, demanding, or having the worst day of their trip. That instinct — staying calm, solving problems on the fly, and making someone feel heard under pressure — is exactly what this role runs on. This role gives you a real career path with room to grow while using skills you've already developed.

We are seeking a Case Manager in Training to manage the law firm's day-to-day operations, carry out administrative services, and support the legal team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Assist case managers and attorneys with organizing, filing, and maintaining client files.
  • Collect and submit requests for medical records, accident reports, driving records, and vehicle ownership documents.
  • Copy documents and demand packages.
  • Complete certified mail cards and mail documents and cost checks.
  • Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail.
  • Create client folders.
  • Prepare and send turndowns, no-representation letters, contracts, and multi-party combination letters.
  • Send demand letters.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
  • One year of legal-field experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, word processing, file and records management, and office procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong writing, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, database expertise, and typing speed of at least 35 wpm.

This role is on-site and provides direct experience alongside the team.
