About the role

Summary

Are you driven by empathy and compassion, especially when people need it most? Do you find fulfillment in helping people rather than the powerful?

We are looking for full-time customer service professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference and committed to delivering an exceptional experience to every client they serve. As a Case Consultant, you will be the first voice our clients hear when they reach out for help — often in the midst of challenging and emotionally charged circumstances. You will provide reassurance, guidance, and a steady presence from the very first point of contact.

The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are seeking individuals with open availability who are flexible and willing to work shifts within our operational hours, including weekends.

If you are driven by compassion, thrive in a people-first environment, and are looking for a career that is as rewarding as it is impactful — we want to hear from you.

This position is part of a hiring class scheduled to begin November 2, 2026. Candidates selected for this opportunity must be available to start on that date and remain available for the entire six-week training program, as attendance during training is required.

Compensation

  • $18.00 per hour
  • $250 Sign-On Bonus (awarded after 90 days of employment)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients calling into the firm, conducting consultations to assess how we can best support their needs.
  • Gather and accurately document information pertaining to potential cases.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate callbacks with prospective clients.
  • Distribute and collect signed retainer agreements via email and text.
  • Manage a combination of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, respectful, and solutions-oriented manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and comprehension skills, with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM while navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities with composure.
  • A collaborative team player who is equally effective and self-motivated when working independently.
  • Consistently reliable, dependable, and accountable.
