- Client & Business Growth: Lead executive-level presentations, foster high-value client relationships, and drive organic and new business scoping efforts.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, coach, and scale internal strategists, digital marketers, and media buyers—setting best practices for campaign trafficking and execution.
- Reporting & Optimization: Deliver clear performance reporting on traffic, user engagement, and attribution metrics, transforming raw data into actionable strategy recommendations.
- Emerging Tech & Compliance: Leverage AI and automation to scale campaign efficiency while ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations and brand safety guidelines.
The essentials:
- Experience: 8+ years of digital marketing and paid social strategy experience working with enterprise brands (telecom, tech, or high-consideration lines of business preferred).
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of major social platforms and ad managers (Meta Ads Manager, YouTube/Google Ads, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and successfully driving large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to dissect complex datasets to identify audience insights, optimize user engagement, and prove marketing ROI.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation, client-facing, and executive stakeholder management abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
