About the role

Metro Vein Centers, a fast-growing national leader in medical vein treatments, is seeking to add an Analyst to our team in New York City. This is a full-time analyst role supporting our marketing and sales functions. When you join Metro Vein Centers, you are joining a firm that will challenge you and invest in your professional development.

Position Summary

The Analyst provides analytical support to our marketing and sales teams, helping drive patient acquisition and revenue growth across our 75+ locations. The role blends data analysis, campaign and pipeline reporting, market research, and process improvement.

This is an early-career role, and we care more about how you think than how long you have been doing it. Clear reasoning, comfort with data, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly matter more to us than a specific background or industry experience.

Key Opportunities

  • Ability to work closely with executive management and functional leaders
  • Be part of a fast-growing team
  • Broad exposure across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Lean organization with opportunity to take on significant responsibility quickly

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for marketing performance (spend, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, channel mix, ROI) and sales activity (lead flow, conversion rates, pipeline, funnel drop-off)
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance and translate findings into clear recommendations for where to invest
  • Track and trend the patient acquisition funnel from first touch through scheduled appointment and treatment
  • Support market and competitive research for new location openings and local market growth plans
  • Surface risks, concerns, and opportunities identified in your analysis, and help develop solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales processes and systems; propose changes and communicate strategy
  • Support ad hoc analysis and modeling requests from executive management on tight timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and quantitative problem solving
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Working knowledge of SQL, or clear evidence you can learn it quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain an analysis to a non-technical audience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools. You use large language models and AI-assisted tooling as part of your day-to-day workflow, and you can show us how. We will ask you to walk us through real examples: how you prompt, where you have automated or accelerated your own work, and how you check and validate AI output before relying on it.
  • Detail-oriented, able to run multiple projects in parallel
  • Self-starter who learns quickly on the job
  • Comfortable working within our data privacy and governance standards, including appropriate handling of patient information
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

None of the following are required. Tell us which ones you have used, or which you would be most excited to learn.

  • Experience in or genuine interest in marketing, growth, or sales
  • Marketing and CRM platforms: HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, call tracking tools
  • BI and data tooling: Tableau, Looker Studio, Google BigQuery, dbt, Improvado
  • Prior work or coursework in a quantitative or analytical field

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80K-$90K salary with 10% yearly performance bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Flexible paid time off
  • 401K

Hiring Process

The hiring process consists of three rounds:

  1. Phone screening interview
  2. Formal hour-long interview
  3. Case study / data and analytical aptitude exercise focused on a marketing or sales scenario

You are welcome to use AI tools during the case study. We will ask you to show your work and explain your reasoning, including where you used AI and how you verified the results.
