About the role
Mercor builds the datasets that frontier AI labs train on. Doing this well requires solving difficult, often undefined problems in data quality, measurement, and large-scale execution. You will own deliveries end to end—from turning customer requirements into an execution plan to resolving technical and operational issues, validating quality, and delivering on time. You will work across operations, commercial, engineering, research, and customers, often under tight deadlines and with incomplete information.
What we’re looking for
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for quality
- Strong quantitative judgment
- The technical ability to write queries and scripts, investigate issues independently, and understand complex data pipelines; a computer science background is preferred
- The ability to coordinate people with different priorities and drive work to completion
- Clear, concise communication with technical teams, business teams, and customers
Benefits
- Generous equity grant vested over 4 years
- Up to $15k Relocation bonus
- $10K housing bonus (if you live within 0.5 miles of our office)
- $1.5K monthly stipend for meals
- Free Equinox membership
- $200 monthly laundry reimbursement
- $200 monthly personal wellness reimbursement
- Health, Dental, Vision insurance
