What will your day look like?

As our new Associate Data Engineer, you will become part of our growing Data Insights and Science team. Working closely with experienced engineers, you will learn to employ modern technologies across cloud platforms to help brands deliver targeted retargeting, communication, and CRM strategies. More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Writing clean SQL and code (Python, Spark, etc.) to optimize data workflows under senior guidance.
  • Helping monitor daily ETL flows and data quality tools.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving data pipeline incidents.
  • Collaborating with CRM developers, data scientists, data analysts, and product owners to deliver high-quality data.
  • Learning best practices in cloud data architecture, migrations, and data management.

Who are you going to work with?

You will join a supportive team of highly skilled Architects, Data Scientists, and Consultants who are passionate about data engineering and analytics. You will also get to collaborate with and learn from experts across Technology, Creative, and Client Teams.

What do you bring to the table?

As a person, you have a strong team-player mindset and an open attitude. You are eager to learn, solve problems pragmatically, and continuously develop your technical skillset. You communicate ideas clearly and ask questions when facing new challenges.

In addition you have:

  • 0–2 years of experience (or a degree/bootcamp background) in data engineering, computer science, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Good foundational coding skills in Python, SQL, or Scala.
  • Understanding of core data transformation (ETL/ELT) processes and relational databases.
  • Basic exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, or Snowflake) through projects, coursework, or internships.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like GitHub/Git.
  • Basic understanding of data quality management principles (cleansing, validation, profiling).
  • Strong analytical skills and a desire to keep data organized and clean.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
