About the role

About The Role:

Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers. Orchestrate work between customers and implementation engineers, keep projects on track, and ensure high-quality go-lives.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and CSM handoff.
  • Coordinate deployment of the Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom.
  • Guide customers through integrations for Microsoft Office, email, phone, video conferencing, and SSO.
  • Run kickoff calls and office hours for end users and finance teams.
  • Triage issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Coordinate with CSMs on adoption strategies and active user growth.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones using Asana and Microsoft Planner.
  • Translate integration architecture, XPATH mapping, and API behaviors for stakeholders.
  • Apply agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related business, management, or information systems field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Planner.
  • Technical aptitude and experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SSO protocols, email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems.
  • Knowledge of or curiosity about agentic AI tools and process automation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
