About the role
Laurel is on a mission to return time. As the leading AI Time platform for professional services firms, we’re transforming how organizations capture, analyze, and optimize their most valuable resource: time. Our proprietary machine learning technology automates work time capture and connects time data to business outcomes, enabling firms to increase profitability, improve client delivery, and make data-driven strategic decisions.
Our team comprises top talent in AI, product development, and engineering—innovative, humble, and forward-thinking professionals committed to redefining productivity in the knowledge economy.
About The Role:
We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers. You'll orchestrate the work between customers and Laurel's implementation engineers, keep projects on track, and ensure every go-live is high quality.
This role requires comfort with both executive customer kickoff calls and technical deep-dives with engineers. You will translate complexity into clarity, manage competing priorities, and treat Time to Value as a guiding metric without sacrificing customer experience.
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and CSM handoff.
- Orchestrate deployment of the Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom with implementation engineers.
- Guide customers through technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, email, phone, video conferencing, and SSO.
- Run kickoff calls and office hours for end users and finance teams.
- Triage issues and escalate to engineering or leadership while maintaining customer confidence.
- Coordinate with CSMs on adoption strategies and active user growth.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking using Asana and Microsoft Planner.
- Translate integration architecture, XPATH-based mapping, and API behaviors for stakeholders.
- Apply agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows to improve implementation efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Planner, or comparable platforms.
- Technical aptitude to work with engineers; Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SSO protocols, email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems.
- Working knowledge of or strong curiosity about agentic AI tools and process automation.
- Excellent communication skills across executive briefings, customer calls, written updates, and engineering stand-ups.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Why join Laurel:
- Significant funding from renowned venture capitalists and notable individuals.
- A smart, fun, collaborative, and inclusive team.
- Employee benefits including equity and 401K.
- Bi-annual, in-person company off-sites.
- An opportunity to grow, make a meaningful impact, and embody Laurel's core values.
