Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance reports that provide insights into progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with mid-level and senior client stakeholders and provide updates on project progress.
- Facilitate end-to-end delivery and implementation of analytics projects and technologies by shaping business and technical requirements, guiding teams, overseeing integration, and ensuring solutions are scalable, stable, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could affect project success and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop project estimates for analytics projects in line with project scope, approach, and milestones, and manage change requests.
- Monitor estimates versus actuals and oversee the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing analytical and commercial proposals for upcoming client engagements.
- Develop resource plans and define role requirements that anticipate future project needs and address potential shortages in analytical resources.
- Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
- Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.

Required Skill and Experience:
- Experience in AI/ML and GenAI/LLM/Agentic AI implementation.
- Strong experience in solution architecture and hands-on delivery leadership for production-grade AI systems.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, including proposals, RFPs, estimations, solution workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
Preferred Skill and Experience:
- Expertise in LLMs and enterprise GenAI patterns, RAG pipelines, vector search, reranking, evaluation frameworks, and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of data engineering patterns for AI, including ingestion, governance, lineage, metadata, and PII controls.
Additional Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
