Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
  • Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain-specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies, and domain-specific system configurations.
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

Your Contribution to the Team:

  • Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities.
  • Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud platform.
  • Database knowledge including SQL, NoSQL, table structures, and data relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile practices.
  • Proficient in JIRA, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of product design and development.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

  • Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and ability to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Strong business process acumen with experience supporting business stakeholders.
  • Business-level communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate dialogues that produce new perspectives, trigger recommendations for substantial innovation or enhancement, and support analysis of consequences.
  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
  • Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare domain is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder team environment.
  • Experience in the retail or pharmacy domain.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location.
