Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements.
  • Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications, and aid in creation of process documentation.
  • Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements.
  • Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, and report defects to the development team, to facilitate enhancement of software performance.
  • Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance.
  • Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions, thereby enriching the team's knowledge repository.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Experience in Oracle Apps technical and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud.
  • Experience with development and unit testing of integration components and web services using SOAP/REST with OIC.
  • VBS/VBCS UI development, FA APIs, Groovy scripting, ERP Cloud database understanding, BI Publisher development, Apps Composer and personalization, PL/SQL development, and ORDS.
  • Experience with integrations.
  • Experience of system interfaces, predominantly on a PaaS Cloud.
  • Experience in building integrations in OIC using REST/SOAP services.
  • Experience in hands-on technical and development support for implemented integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, including app-driven orchestration, scheduled integrations, and file-based integrations.
  • Develop and manage REST and SOAP web services, adapters, and connectors for Oracle SaaS and third-party applications.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and best practices.
  • Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
