Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
- Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and limitations, and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
- Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
- Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
- Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Required Skill and Experience:
- Hands-on SAP SD experience including S/4HANA.
- Strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and integrations with MM, FI, PP/QM, GTS, and TM.
- Experience configuring pricing procedures, condition records, partner functions, outputs, and ATP.
- Strong understanding of IDocs, BAPI, EDI, output management, and integration with 3PL/logistics systems.
- Proven experience leading SIT/UAT cycles, test planning, and defect triage.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end O2C design including sales orders, quotations, contracts, deliveries, billing, and credit management.
- Configure SAP SD components such as pricing procedures, partner functions, outputs, condition techniques, and item categories.
- Ensure seamless integration with MM, FI, PP, and warehousing systems including WM/EWM.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into design documents and functional specifications.
- Lead SIT/UAT cycles, manage defects, and validate interfaces including IDoc, BAPI, OData, and API.
- Prepare and support SD-related cutover activities including open orders, billing due lists, pricing loads, and customer master updates.
- Support go-live readiness, training, and hypercare stabilization.
- Ensure process compliance with SOX, SOD, and audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvements across pricing, returns, credit, and delivery processes.
- Create reusable templates, documentation, and functional playbooks.
Preferred Skill and Experience:
- Experience in global rollouts, template design, or large transformation projects.
- Exposure to SAP CS or SAP LE TRA.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as pharma and life sciences.
Additional Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.

Additional Details:
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
- In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA: $114000 to $167000.
- In Washington, DC: $106000 to $147500.
