Area of Responsibility:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP packages based on detailed business requirements.
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure that ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Your Contribution to the Team:
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
- Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Required Skill and Experience:
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Experience designing and developing Pega applications, workflows, case types, and user interfaces.
- Experience configuring and implementing case types, flows and flow actions, decision rules, data pages, data transforms, activities, integrations, reports and dashboards, job schedulers, and queue processors.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues using Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI, PAL, and PDC.
- Ability to optimize application performance and implement best practices.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in release management.
Preferred Skill and Experience:
- Ability to work in a global delivery model.
Additional Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
