As a Principal - Enterprise Applications, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

This position requires 50% travel.

Qualifications - Basic:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.

Qualifications - Preferred:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementations, with good command of Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing CRM solutions, including a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Force.com, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.
  • Thorough understanding of the development life cycle, including Salesforce deployment and packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSet, and Ant.
  • Understanding of best practices for coding standards, deployment, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce integration, and security implementations.
  • Experience with Force.com integration technologies, web services, and third-party tools such as CastIron and Boomi to integrate with on-premise systems such as Siebel, OMS, and Java-based systems.
  • Complete understanding of governor limits.
  • Ability to implement SOAP- and REST-based web services.
  • Ability to develop web services classes on the Force.com platform and generate WSDL.
  • Experience writing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, controllers, and JQuery to implement complex business requirements.
  • Fluent with SOSL, SOQL, and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, and AJAX Toolkit.
  • Experience migrating customizations, custom configurations, packages, and other objects from sandbox to production environments.
  • Experience customizing reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration activities, including workflow rules, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, approval processes, and Process Builder.
  • Experience with custom reporting, modifying pages and views, and configuring dashboards.
  • Ability to understand user requirements and convert them into Salesforce technical requirements and system configurations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to be flexible with change.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely within a team environment.
  • Platform Dev1/2 or DEV 501 Certification.
  • SOAP implementation of APIs using Enterprise and Partner WSDL.
  • Single Sign-On experience.
  • Java experience is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience translating functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions, developing a technical strategy, and creating and effectively demonstrating solutions that address customer requirements.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce product launches, including Wave Analytics and Lightning.
  • Ability to work in a team in diverse or multiple-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
  • Well versed in configuration and customization of objects.
  • Understanding of market and technology trends.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
