In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

  • Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
  • Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and limitations, and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
  • Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
  • Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
  • Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Your contribution to the team:

  • Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques.
  • Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Experience in PAS-X MES implementation and enhancements, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in PAS-X.
  • Knowledge of other MES applications such as Rockwell PharmaSuite, Siemens Opcenter Pharma, and Syncade.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and SQL.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Core Java and JavaScript.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, R&D, or healthcare domain with implementation experience using PAS-X MES.
  • Configuration, solution evaluation, validation and deployment, and Change and Request Management (GxP/ITIL).
  • At least 5 years of experience capturing detailed user requirements related to configuration and customization, documentation, data migration analysis, and mapping current business processes.
  • Integration and interfaces with other systems or applications such as ERP, machines, weigh scales, lab instruments, shopfloor data, MQTT, and Kepware applications.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle, database concepts including Oracle and SQL Server, and integration design.
  • Experience in master data setup and data migration involving master and legacy data.
  • Experience with reports and labels.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Planning and coordination skills.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
