About the role

Overview:

The Infosys Financial Services unit drives digital transformation for financial institutions using AI, cloud, and data-led innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and technology teams to identify, document, and improve processes, procedures, risks, and controls.
  • Coordinate GRC projects, deliverables, remediation activities, action plans, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to identify process gaps, control requirements, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop process documentation, control narratives, risk assessments, control inventories, and supporting artifacts.
  • Define new controls and enhance existing preventive and detective controls.
  • Prepare management status reports and presentations.
  • Support audits, examinations, and internal reviews by organizing documentation.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Experience supporting Governance, Risk, and Controls programs in financial services or regulated environments.
  • Understanding of operational risk management, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
  • Strong project management, coordination, analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable processes and control documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
  • May require relocation or travel. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

  • Knowledge of COSO, SOX, Operational Risk Management, NIST, or COBIT.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, or Confluence.
