About the role

Area of Responsibility:

  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
  • Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
  • Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

Contribution to the Team:

  • Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Proficiency in all delivered ERP processes, reports, and analytics.
  • Experience in Workday Prism.
  • Experience in Workday HCM.
  • Experience working within global system integrator environments.
  • Understanding of Workday reporting and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics, datasets, and dashboards.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

  • Workday Prism Certified.
  • Workday HCM functional and technical knowledge.
  • Industry exposure in energy, utilities, financial services, manufacturing, or technology preferred.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
