About the role

Overview:

The Infosys Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit is dedicated to helping clients achieve their business goals through technology and services. The unit offers a collaborative environment where projects and teams learn, adopt, and excel in technologies to deliver high-quality solutions and drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate benchmarking studies with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows aligned with functional requirements.
  • Research third-party products within the domain and provide comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
  • Coordinate solution implementation, address issues during setup and integration, and support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures to ensure system stability and performance after implementation.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of PriceFX pricing solutions, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand pricing needs, define project scope, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Work with technical teams to design and configure PriceFX solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the configuration and customization of PriceFX modules, ensuring integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Manage testing, including user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet client expectations and operate smoothly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the implementation process and the PriceFX platform.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, provide project updates, and address concerns.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • PriceFX Configuration Engineer certification; PriceFX Integration Engineer certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience in pricing strategy, software implementation, or related roles, including hands-on experience with PriceFX.
  • Strong understanding of PriceFX modules, configuration, and integration with systems such as ERP and CRM.
  • Proven experience leading complex implementation projects, preferably using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience managing and mentoring technical and functional professionals.
  • Familiarity with other pricing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • May require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is unavailable for this role now or in the future.
