In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided.
- Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability.
- Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
- Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications.
- Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects.

Required Skill and Experience:
Role demands strong proficiency in full-stack engineering, including Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, microservices, testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma, CI/CD pipelines, MongoDB, SQL, and Azure cloud.
Preferred Skill and Experience:
- Demonstrates the ability to provide technical oversight across multiple POD teams, ensuring consistency in technical standards and leveraging the expertise of senior team members to achieve project outcomes.
- Articulates solution approaches to business and IT stakeholders at low, mid, and senior levels, from concept through build, deployment, and support.
- Works closely with client stakeholders, including engineering leads, product teams, and solution architects.
- Thinks strategically about software systems, designing solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
- Finance domain knowledge, including trading, investing, clearing, reporting, servicing, and wealth data, is required.
- Reviews and integrates application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
- Applies technical and methodological standards and policies.
- Experience working in a global delivery environment.
- Experience with cloud-based development platforms and end-to-end integration.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and methodologies.
Additional Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
