In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided.
- Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability.
- Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
- Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications.
- Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects.

Required Skill and Experience:
- Hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Deep AWS expertise, including compute, networking, security, and storage.
- Proven, hands-on experience configuring, optimizing, and managing AWS Elastic MapReduce (EMR) for large-scale data processing.
- Extensive experience building, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production environments, such as EKS.
- Strong programming skills in Python for infrastructure automation, building internal tooling, and scripting.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Preferred Skill and Experience:
- Highly articulate with strong communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical challenges clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams.
- Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly isolate and resolve issues.
Additional Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
