Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
  • Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
  • Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

Your Contribution to the Team:

  • Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in implementation, development, and support projects related to Kronos WFC/WFD applications.
  • Experience in Kronos WFC/WFD with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities modules.
  • Experience in interface development with WIM for WFC and with middle layers such as Dell Boomi for WFD.
  • Knowledge of workforce management disciplines including Accruals, Absence Manager, Attendance Tracking, Compliance Monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity Tracking, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay.
  • Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

  • Practical experience, exposure, and knowledge in Workforce Dimensions.
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Central configurations and process flows.
  • Direct client interaction experience during requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
  • Experience with integration methodologies including WIM, XML APIs, XML Imports, Web Services, and standard Import Tables.
  • Experience in data conversions using import tables and XML Imports, with analysis and debugging skills.
  • Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant experience, including implementation experience on at least two projects and upgrade experience on at least one project.
  • Functional or automated testing in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals, and Activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
