Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, based on information gathered through workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
  • Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate them through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality.
  • Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies aligned with design and architectural specifications.
  • Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure and introduction of new software applications to ensure efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
  • Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Analyze incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents, and establish monitoring protocols.
  • Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to support successful project execution.
  • Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases so vital information is systematically recorded and readily available.
  • Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and providing insights on the prospective influence of new technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps based on an understanding of client business needs.
  • Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to software application development for successful solution delivery.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud, including GL, AP, and AR.
  • At least 2 full life cycles of ERP, including any SaaS product, implementation and rollout experience, along with experience establishing and successfully driving an AMS model for a large program.
  • Experience providing functional and technical leadership in ERP programs.
  • Experience in project planning and execution.
  • Certified Project Management Professional.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end processes in Oracle Finance Cloud modules, including GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA.
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end cloud implementation programs involving Oracle Finance modules, including GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA.
  • Client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and delivery management experience working with offshore teams and third-party application teams.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

  • Ability to work in a team in diverse and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Solution evaluation and recommendation, including leading root cause analysis and driving resolution of root causes.
  • Experience defining workflows and using ServiceNow to manage production support tickets.
  • Experience summarizing status and identifying improvement areas.
  • Experience with Jira and other project management tools.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
