Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
  • Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP packages based on detailed business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
  • Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
  • Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure that ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Your Contribution to the Team:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes, and Smart Investigation for Securities.
  • Understanding of banking disputes, fraud, and investigation processes.
  • Exposure to banking systems and SWIFT messaging workflows.
  • Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, Pega Queue Processors, services, connectors, and asynchronous processing.
  • Ability to leverage AI features for faster development and quality improvements.

Preferred Skill and Experience:

  • Ability to work in a global delivery model.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
