Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop project timelines and proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
- Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
- Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support effort estimation, obtain necessary approvals, and secure client sign-offs.

Required Skill and Experience:
OSS/BSS domain experience, systems design and architecture, data mapping and transformation, microservices and legacy modernization, and Agile.
Preferred Skill and Experience:
BPMN, API integrations and system workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and technical governance and quality gates.
Additional Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location.
