In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Your contribution to the team:
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
- The ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- A passion for design and hands-on coding experience.

Required Skill and Experience:
ABAP on HANA Development
Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP)
CDS Views (Core Data Services)
AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures)
Code Pushdown Techniques
SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
ABAP Cloud / Clean Core Extensibility
Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework)
Preferred Skill and Experience:
Responsible for unit testing, integration test fixes, regression testing, coordination of UAT testing and cut-over activities.
Performance tuning techniques (ST05, ST22, ATC, Code Inspector) and implementation of SAP parallel processing techniques.
Additional Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
