Area Of Responsibility

  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
  • Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation.
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

  • Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
  • An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities.

  • Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Required Skill and Experience

  • Experience supporting and administering F5 Load Balancer environments.
  • Hands-on experience with F5 LTM and GTM.
  • Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTPS, SSL, and load balancing concepts.
  • Experience with application traffic management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to implement upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Experience creating implementation plans, testing, and supporting production deployments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex network environments.
  • Experience working with security controls and SSL certificate management.
  • Knowledge of F5 iControl API and application integrations.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and application teams.

Preferred Skill and Experience

  • F5 APM and ASM experience.
  • AVI / VMware Load Balancer experience.
  • Python or Bash scripting.
  • Knowledge of BGP and advanced routing concepts.
  • Experience with F5 Web Accelerator.
  • CCNP or F5 201 certification.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Additional Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
