Role Summary
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as the operational right hand to Imprint's Founder and CEO at a pivotal stage of the company's growth. This is a high-ownership, high-trust role that exists to create meaningful leverage for the CEO by managing complexity, protecting their focus, and ensuring the company's operating rhythm runs without friction.

This role is based in New York City and requires in-office presence aligned with the CEO's schedule.

- Manage all domestic and international travel end to end — flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and backup plans

- Track and drive closure on action items, commitments, and deliverables that emerge from the CEO's meetings and conversations

- Draft emails, messages, and documents on behalf of the CEO that reflect the CEO's voice and standards
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to how the CEO's office operates — better systems, tools, and workflows that reduce friction and create more leverage
- Support light personal tasks as needed during high-intensity periods to keep the CEO focused on the business
