About the role
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Manages a dedicated book of business consisting primarily of lower-complexity clients, delivering standardized service and lifecycle support. Serves as a primary client contact, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures compliance, documentation, and service expectations are met.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
- Manages a dedicated book of business of primary low-complexity clients.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and supports all phases of the client lifecycle.
- Manages Salesforce workflow, tracking, and data quality.
- Reviews work completed by Client Associates before delivery to clients.
- Resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues while coordinating with internal support teams.
- May coach peers or guide support staff or junior team members.
- Supports IMA’s core values and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Life and Health License
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Technical application skills: OE guide applications and Salesforce
- Basic and developing awareness of core market dynamics and client segments
