About the role

The Client Manager manages a dedicated book of business consisting primarily of lower-complexity clients, delivering standardized service and lifecycle support. This role serves as a primary client contact, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures compliance, documentation, and service expectations are met.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Manages a dedicated book of business of primary low-complexity clients with moderate service intensity and standardized service models.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting all phases of the client lifecycle.
  • Manages Salesforce, including workflow, tracking, and data quality for the assigned book of business.
  • Provides support in all areas of the client life cycle.
  • Reviews work completed by Client Associates before delivery to clients.
  • Resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues while coordinating with internal support teams.
  • May coach peers or guide support staff or junior team members.
  • Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values.
  • Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Active Life & Health License
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Technical application skills: OE Guide applications, Salesforce
