About the role
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Supports IMA’s core values and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Maintains quality, efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Supports Commercial Lines Service Teams through AMS, email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Performs role functions within an IMA office 50% or more of the time.
- Monitors and prioritizes workload according to deadlines and instructions.
- Assists Account Managers with client-facing work products in the Center of Excellence using Epic.
- Creates auto ID cards, claim reporting instructions, premium and loss summaries, and renewal applications.
- Processes endorsements, invoicing, experience modification orders, e-filing, MVRs, audits, and loss runs.
- Uploads and builds folders in the client-facing portal and performs policy quick checks.
- Performs special projects as assigned.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency required.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Epic experience preferred.
- Attains and maintains a professional designation or license.
- Limited travel required, less than 25%.
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
