About the role
GiveCampus is looking for a Senior Enterprise Partner Success Manager to accelerate the onboarding process for a cohort of Enterprise schools by delivering a seamless, efficient, and partner-centric experience, driving faster time-to-value, team efficiency, and long-term partner success.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own a portfolio of 10–15 Enterprise accounts selected for significant growth potential and organizational complexity, as the primary GiveCampus relationship owner end to end.
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with AVPs, VPs of advancement, and other senior stakeholders — deep enough to operate as a trusted advisor, not a vendor contact.
- Develop and execute account growth strategy for each partner: in close partnership with BD you are spotting expansion opportunities across product lines (online giving, events, volunteer management, platform capabilities), building the internal business case within the partner's org, and collaborating with BD on closing expansion.
- Maintain command of each account's org structure, budget cycle, political landscape, and current product footprint well enough to anticipate needs before they're raised.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to clear obstacles to growth and ensure the partner experience matches the level of investment we're making in the relationship.
- Build the case for, hire, and manage two junior-level Partner Success Associates once portfolio scope justifies it — delegating day-to-day product-line support so you can stay focused at the strategic and executive level.
- Report on account health, growth pipeline, and expansion forecasting to Partner Success leadership.
- Shape how GiveCampus builds Enterprise account strategy going forward — this role is the model for what comes next.
What we are looking for:
- Higher-ed advancement domain expertise — command of institutional org structures, budget cycles, and advancement priorities at complex universities and systems.
- GiveCampus product mastery — able to become a genuine expert across the platform (online giving, gift officer, events, volunteer management, platform capabilities), translate that into clear value for non-technical stakeholders, and hold their own in deeper technical conversations when needed.
- Account strategy and forecasting — able to build and execute account growth plans, spot expansion opportunities across product lines, and report on pipeline/health metrics.
- Commercial/business-case building — translating expansion opportunity into a structured internal business case a partner's finance or leadership team will actually approve.
- Executive relationship-building — building "first-name, texting-basis" trust with AVPs/VPs, not just quarterly-check-in rapport.
