About the role
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Make outbound calls using power/parallel dialing systems.
- Leave curated voicemails and follow up with prospective clients.
- Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects.
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Escalate qualified opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status using Salesforce.
- Utilize omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems to manage prospect engagement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Experience with Dialpad or power/parallel dialing systems.
- Experience working with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Neutral English accent (voice sample required).
- Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
