About the role
The Future Platforms Team - Executing on EliseAI’s Future Products
The Future Platforms team is responsible for executing on the next generation of AI products and business lines. This team blends go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy to push the frontier of AI and take products from idea to market leadership.
Our goal is to take Elise from agentic AI to truly end-to-end autonomous operations, transforming how housing operators run their businesses and how residents experience their homes.
Future Platforms operates as a startup within a startup, with the capital, resources, market access, senior leadership involvement, and founder-level ownership of a well-funded Series E company.
About The Role
As a Strategy and Operations Manager / Senior Manager on the Future Platforms team, you’ll help found and scale a critical new function: taking future platform products from early customer promise to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments. This is a strategy role inside a deployment function. You’ll own how the deployment motion works and scales with the platform.
You’ll own a core piece of the deployment motion, diagnose where it breaks, design how it should work, and drive change across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery until it holds at scale. You’ll also carry one or two engagements yourself.
You’ll partner closely with senior leadership while owning outcomes. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with ambiguity, energized by turning undocumented processes into scalable systems, and willing to operate like a founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Own core pieces of the deployment motion, such as scoping methodology, migration readiness, or the product requirements pipeline.
- Diagnose deployment issues using engagement data, retrospectives, and direct observation.
- Model the function’s needs at several times today’s volume and identify constraints.
- Define priorities, timelines, and success metrics, then drive execution through Product and delivery teams.
- Carry one or two engagements to pressure-test the work and stay close to customer-facing realities.
- Turn engagement patterns into prioritized product requirements with Product and Engineering.
- Help hire, onboard, and ramp the engagement team and codify expectations.
Move at rocket speed, build something massive.
We’re scaling fast and solving real client problems with precision and ambition. You’ll have full autonomy and significant ownership of your impact.
Requirements
We’re looking for intensely driven, founder-minded leaders who want to test themselves and build something transformational. You likely have:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience designing and standing up processes or systems that continued working after you moved on.
- Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
- The ability to operate autonomously with strong judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- The ability to independently manage complex projects end-to-end in a client-facing setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately once per month for approximately three days.
- Willingness to work in person at the office four to five days a week.
Why Join
You’ll join a funded startup scaling rapidly and help write the playbook for how it scales and executes. You’ll learn from both successes and failures while receiving support from the team.
