The Paid Strategist is a client-facing role responsible for day-to-day client deliverables, creating and managing custom client strategies, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders on Paid Social deliverables. The role involves building high-performing Paid strategies for B2B businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to align on assigned tasks, work quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Work directly with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships and professional networks
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
- 2+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, and CTV
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and other advertising platforms and tools
- Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
- Ability to drive and measure results via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, and similar criteria
- Proven measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
- Competitive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year per client or as needed

Work Environment Requirements
As a remote-first company, employees may work from anywhere in the US, with the option to use offices in Irvine, California. The role may operate 100% virtually from a home office.
