  • Lead and support Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects.
  • Provide expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Design and advise on lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, CRM/MAP integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
  • Translate technical findings into recommendations for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Review strategist work for technical accuracy and strategic quality.
  • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support scoping, solution design, and new business conversations.
  • Develop processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards.
  • Maintain visibility into project health, capacity, utilization, and delivery risks.

What You’ll Bring:

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2+ years of direct people management or formal team leadership experience.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and implementation experience.
  • Deep Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on implementation and administration experience or certification.
  • Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub experience, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
  • Experience leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization initiatives.
  • Understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/MAP integrations, automation, and data governance.
  • Ability to lead senior-level client conversations and translate technical issues into business recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical execution.

Preferred

  • Agency, consulting, or professional services experience.
  • Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot certification.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience working across Salesforce and HubSpot environments for B2B organizations.
  • Experience scoping projects, supporting sales conversations, and identifying account expansion opportunities.
  • Experience working across multiple concurrent client engagements.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage.
  • Employer-paid and dependent coverage contributions for US, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Mental health support through Spring Health and Headspace.
  • Physical therapy through Omada, Aaptiv workouts, and One Medical membership.
  • Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, birthday off, year-end recharge, and paid parental leave.
