Director, Product Management - Secret Server/Vault

Delinea is looking for an experienced product leader to own and drive the product roadmap, delivery, and strategy for the Secret Server / Vault product line. Delinea’s vault capabilities provide secure storage, rotation, and control of privileged credentials, reduce the risk of credential theft and misuse, and support audit and compliance requirements.

This product leader will run product teams responsible for secrets management, credential rotation, session recording and control, and privileged account discovery, while bringing these capabilities onto the cloud-native SaaS platform. This Director reports to the Senior Director of Product and is a remote US position.

The ideal candidate has overseen significant B2B product launches, led product management teams, interfaced with enterprise customers and industry analysts, and collaborated across engineering, documentation, sales, sales engineering, marketing, technical support, and professional services.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan product direction and translate customer problems into product or service solutions.
• Own the vault roadmap for secrets management, credential rotation, session recording and control, and privileged account discovery.
• Ensure vault architecture decisions address high availability and disaster recovery at enterprise scale.
• Assess the competitive market to identify investment areas.
• Define pricing and product positioning for SaaS delivery.
• Lead and mentor a product management team in agile development.
• Evangelize the product line to internal teams, analysts, partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and user experience teams.
• Build strategic customer partnerships to identify market opportunities.
• Support product marketing projects, sales enablement, and technical marketing materials.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of product management experience with successful B2B product launches and delivery of software or services.
• Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Cybersecurity experience and understanding of attack techniques and the security ecosystem.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery.
• Ability to research and develop product strategy.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to turn roadmap vision into products.
• Experience with information security or related products.
• Experience with secrets management, credential vaulting, or related security infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, and HIPAA compliance frameworks.

Bonus if You Have:

• Understanding of IT systems and operations, including networking, domains, remote access, and privileged accounts.
• Master’s degree.
