THE ROLE

We're looking for curious, collaborative, and motivated individual who is excited to launch a career in media. As an Assistant Buyer, Paid Social, you'll play an important role in helping plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced media professionals while developing expertise across the paid social landscape, media planning, campaign execution, reporting, and client service. Along the way, you'll build strong analytical, communication, and project management skills while working with leading social platforms and industry tools.

Success in this role comes from being organized, accountable, naturally curious, and excited to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

At Crossmedia, it's about more than doing great work—it's about doing things the right way. Our values of Trust, Reason, and the Pursuit of Happiness guide how we work together, serve our clients, and support one another every day.

  • NY based role (Hybrid work setting - in office 2-3 days a week)
